Liam and the Birthday Cake
Liam wakes up early. Today is his birthday! He is very excited. His family decorates the house with balloons. In the afternoon, Liam’s friends arrive. They bring colorful gifts and smile at Liam. Everyone sings the birthday song. Liam sees a big chocolate cake on the table. There are seven candles on it. He closes his eyes and makes a wish. Then he blows out the candles. After that, they eat cake, play games, and laugh together. Liam opens his gifts and says, “Thank you!” to everyone. It is a great birthday for Liam.
